Additional Information
- Use of our 1400sf Pavilion: Under our pavilion you'll be covered and protected from the Texas sun. Equipped with electricity for your DJ/sound needs.
- Use of the open space to the right of the pavilion that holds a beautiful group of large mature Oak Trees, beautiful for a ceremony or for placing tables for eating.
- Rental period from 8a to 11 - 6 hours max of event with guests, 5 hour max of bar open, guests must be out by 10p, clean up must be complete by 11p
- We offer table and chair rentals, on site with no delivery or late night pick up fees
- We offer floral services for any event. Budget friendly and beautiful, through our partners at Wine Cup Events.
Required for rental of event space
- All event space renters must provide us with proof that they have obtained event insurance and have Dragonz Wylde Ranch listed as an additional insured.
- All event renters who plan to have over 20 guests must provide 1 portable restroom per 50 guests for the entirety of the rental period.
- Events are limited to 100 guests, with parking for 40 vehicles. Large commercial bus or van must be pre-approved so we can show them where it is safe to park.
- Any alcohol served during the event at the pavilion must be served from a TABC certified bartender.
- All guests or vendors entering the property must sign a waiver form upon entry into the property.
